For entities preparing for a listing, the structure is designed with the listing calendar in mind: what the system must demonstrate, to whom, and by when.
Delivery
Work proceeds in phases aligned with the Framework: risk mapping first, system architecture second, certification readiness third — with the integration into the enterprise platform (SAP or equivalent) carried across all phases rather than deferred to the end.
Each phase produces defined deliverables. Each deliverable is evidence — documented, traceable, and ready for the scrutiny it will eventually face: from a certification body, from an inspector, from a sponsor, or from the market itself.
The engagement is engineered to respect the client's operational tempo. Continuity of production is treated as a constraint of the design, not a casualty of it.
Transfer of Ownership
The final objective of the engagement is its own conclusion.
Once the system is certified and integrated into the enterprise platform (SAP or equivalent), the continuity controls become automated by-products of normal operation. Evidence is generated continuously by the system itself, without manual intervention. The organization does not need an advisor to run a process that now runs itself.
