The Intervention Model

A defined path from structural diagnosis to an audit-ready Quality Management System.

From Gap Analysis to Audit-Ready

The engagement opens with a rigorous gap analysis: a systematic comparison between the current state of the quality organization and the full set of requirements imposed by ISO 13485, EU MDR/IVDR, and Swiss MedDO/IvDO. The output is not a report destined for a shelf—it is a sequenced remediation program in which every gap is assigned an owner, a method, and an evidence criterion.

From that baseline, the system is constructed or restructured to a single standard: audit-ready at any moment. Every procedure, record, and interface is designed so that the evidence an auditor will request already exists, is retrievable, and is internally consistent across both regulatory regimes.

The Chain of Causality

The engagement is governed by a single causal sequence, and each link is engineered deliberately:

Division of Institutional Roles

The dual-framework QMS operates within a mature ecosystem of institutions: Notified Bodies conduct conformity assessment, national authorities maintain registration databases, and designated representatives hold defined mandates. Our function is upstream and structural—we design the system that all of these actors examine, rely upon, and recognize.

A well-architected QMS is the common language through which the manufacturer, the Notified Body, and the authorities interact without ambiguity.
